Benjamin Rubin is Director, Real Estate and Procurement at Macro Consultants where he is responsible for overseeing client work relating to a variety of legal and real estate transactions, including leases,vendor agreements, client agreements, NDAs, and RFPs. Ben plays a key role in providing legal support services to Macro clients.
Ben brings with him an interesting background and unique combination of experience. With an undergraduate degree in hotel management and a law degree, Ben has been a practicing attorney since 2003. Ben’s legal practice focused on real estate and business matters, including acquisitions, due diligence, zoning, contracts, and leasing, always with a sensitivity to and appreciation for the client’s business interests based on his experience in management and business. Concurrently with his legal practice, for four years prior to joining Macro, he was with Aramark Strategic Assets. There, he served as a member of the Concept Team, managing a network of design and construction partners who build foodservice environments compliant with Aramark standards, concepts, and brands, and later, as a Project Agent, he completed more than 100 design and construction-related projects.
Ben earned his BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, and his JD from Temple University. He is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a leader in various civic, educational, and alumni organizations.
