Most recently, Catherine was a Project Manager with Ewing Cole where she was responsible for managing a team of engineers, architects, and specialty consultants to assess over 26 mil SF of US Army medical facilities located within the United States & Internationally. Catherine has been recognized by clients for her superior problem solving and communication skills. She has a reputation for delivering on promises and profit. Clients have come to rely on her abilities to align shareholder objectives, manage risk ,and establish a cohesive and efficient team work flow. Prior to EwingCole, Catherine worked for Aegis Property Group and Turner Construction Co. where she was responsible for leading large development projects on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients in healthcare, higher education, corporate, government, and private independent school market sectors.
Catherine’s clients have included the US Naval Academy, Naval Sea Systems Command, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Army MEDCOM, The Union League of Philadelphia, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Liberty Property Trust, Dansko, Lafayette University, Chestnut Hill Academy, Moorestown Friends School, and the Philadelphia School District.
Catherine is a Registered Architect, having earned a BA in Architecture from Lehigh University, a Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America, and a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University. She holds a Green Belt Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise Solutions Certificates from Villanova University.
