Glen Dabaghian is Director, Project Management at Macro Consultants, where he contributes his 14 years of project management, architectural design, and construction administration experience. As a trusted advisor to his clients, he possesses the ability to lead multiple work groups and stakeholders, professionals, and constructors to ensure project delivery is within budget, on schedule, and that the high quality of built work is in concert with the owner’s vision and design intent of the contract documents.
Glen’s clients are continually amazed at his exceptional attention to detail. His professional experience encompasses mid- to high-rise base building and interior fit-out of Academic, Public Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and Corporate HQ projects from conceptualization through post-occupancy with sensitivity toward sustainability.
As a Registered Architect, Glen provides specific knowledge and value-added expertise developing, constructing, and overseeing financials of exciting new technically innovative LEED projects. Throughout his career, Glen has focused on exceeding client expectations, projecting and implementing long-term strategic planning, supervising consultants, forecasting and tracking budgets, and streamlining the collaborative process. His managerial responsibilities have also included preparation and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, quality assurance and technical coordination of A/E building systems, and field instruction during active construction.
Before joining Macro, Glen was a Senior Architect and Project Manager at Kliment Halsband. Prior to that, he was with Gensler, and Perkins Eastman.
Glen has managed projects for clients including Blue Sky Studios; Convent of the Sacred Heart; Farrell Limousine LLC; Kimpton Hotel Philadelphia Palomar; NYS Brooklyn Superior Courthouse; PNC Bank; Rockefeller University; and SUNY.
Glen is a certified fire fighter and LEED Accredited Professional.
