Jeff Santoro is Director, Strategy and Analysis at Macro Consultants, where he plays a leadership role on projects requiring Macro’s extensive Strategic Planning services. With an expertise in highly detailed data analysis, Jeff’s ability to consolidate complex data into boardroom-ready dashboards and summaries helps clients make informed space management and long term planning decisions. Due to his efforts, clients have recognized tangible savings to their balance sheets through cost avoidance in leased space.
Jeff’s mindset and work product simplify many complex elements found in client projects. Jeff demonstrates a high level of commitment, as well as a unique focus and creativity in his work. Above all, his tenacity allows Jeff to overcome challenges and deliver high quality results for his clients.
In addition to his Project Management responsibilities, Jeff oversees all aspects of Project Financials for Macro’s clients, including Budgeting, Cost Control, and Cash Flow Projections. Managing project budgets that often impact large groups of stakeholders, Jeff’s insight, attention to detail and risk analysis expertise offer clients the peace-of-mind they need. He plays an important role in maintaining open lines of communication among the various project vendors, ensuring all accounting requirements are met. On projects with numerous vendors, this is often no easy task. It is through his efforts that Macro is able to effectively and efficiently manage what can quickly become an overwhelming budget management process.
