Philip Website 2Philip Fishel is Senior Director at Macro Consultants, where his more than 30 years of experience in design and construction give him the ability to expertly manage a project from any perspective. His expertise includes Owner’s Representation, Architecture (in both lead and consulting roles), Construction Management, Tenant Coordination, and many other aspects of Project Management. His proficiency in reviewing and analyzing proposed sites and conducting due diligence ensures, in advance, that all his clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Philip is well-known for driving project teams to success by means of his unique combination of a strong work ethic, realistic perspective and complete understanding of what needs to be done.  Specializing in unique, dynamic, complex and fast track projects, Philip is strategically focused and passionate in his approach to project management.  Clients rely on his breadth of knowledge and experience obtained not only through a high volume and wide variety of completed projects, but through the quality and work ethic he devotes.

Prior to Macro, Philip held positions of increasing responsibility at Jones Lang LaSalle, Meadowlands Management, HLW International, and Swanke, Hayden, Connell Architects. He also ran his own project management firm, Interbuild Consulting Services.

As a licensed architect, Philip has successfully managed an abundance of projects both in the United States and internationally. Among the many high-profile clients for whom he has managed projects are: Avon Products Inc., Arthur J. Gallagher, Duff & Phelps, Fox News, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Israel Air Force, New York City School Construction Authority, New York Post, News Corporation, Sotheby’s, the United Nations, and the governments of Australia, Canada, Germany, Israel, the Ivory Coast, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

Philip earned his degree in Architecture from Manchester University and his diploma in Architecture from Polytechnic of Central London.
